I recently received the slidermini 2 equipment. The first test I did was to record video with an iphone, when I activate the equipment at low speed (25% or less) a small vibration is produced that is perceptible in the video. Is there a solution for this effect?

I was surprised by the high quality of this slider, I was expecting something good but not as good as it is!
It's helpful for your shooting and the application is simple and very easy to connect. I'm using this slider with my Fuji X-T3 with one of the cable that you find in the box and I start and stop the recording directly from my phone. The phone holder that I received with the slider is also great, it's not a cheap holder that you get for free in some store...

It is broken after purchase or cannot be used. I think I should apply for service
Feels lightweight but robust, the build quality and engineering are generally excellent. I purchased it for time lapses. It controls my Nikon z6 perfectly. It has what seems to me to be an excellent feature set. And the time lapse settings seem very intuitive.
